Non-dilutive partnerships with Botong Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Langsheng MedTech Co., Ltd. expand global access to WaveClear’s proprietary technology while preserving the Company’s operational focus on its core U.S. Peripheral Vascular market
Plymouth, MN— May 28, 2026 — WaveClear Vascular, the developer of the RESOLUTION Cavitation System for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, today announced that it has entered into licensing agreements with two leading Chinese medical device companies, Botong Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Langsheng MedTech Co., Ltd. Under the agreements, the two partners will commercialize the technology of the RESOLUTION Cavitation System in the People’s Republic of China
While the agreements are structured as non-dilutive transactions to WaveClear, the most important aspect is the ability for the Chinese companies to share their future R&D and manufacturing efforts with WaveClear. These capabilities strengthen WaveClear’s plans to strategically scale its business and allow the Company to remain fully focused on advancing the RESOLUTION Cavitation System in its core U.S. market. The partnerships extend the reach of WaveClear’s technology into one of the world’s largest and most rapidly growing markets for peripheral vascular intervention through experienced local partners with established regulatory, clinical, and commercial capabilities.
The RESOLUTION Cavitation System is a 6 French catheter-based thrombectomy platform. The system is engineered to disrupt and remove thrombi at a rate of approximately one centimeter per minute with no associated blood loss, delivering maximum procedural efficiency across the full range of peripheral vascular disease presentations.
