Dr. Jeffrey Silpe, MD, MS-HPEd, is the Chief Medical Officer of WaveClear Vascular, where he leads clinical strategy, physician engagement, and the translation of WaveClear's ultrasonic thrombectomy platform into real-world clinical practice. He is the Director of Advanced Limb Salvage at Northwell Health, where he has a robust clinical practice and leads the development of multidisciplinary system-based clinical pathways for patients with peripheral vascular disease, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, and complex venous disease. His clinical expertise spans advanced peripheral revascularization, limb preservation strategies, and multidisciplinary care models
He is a trusted industry partner and speaks nationally as a leader in limb salvage systems design. He also serves as a principal investigator or sub-PI on numerous industry-sponsored clinical trials in the peripheral vascular space.
As CMO of WaveClear Vascular, he guides clinical development, early-user adoption, and evidence-based pathway generation to ensure WaveClear's technology addresses the most pressing gaps in arterial and venous intervention.
