Plymouth, Minn., June 22, 2026 — WaveClear Vascular, Inc., a medical technology company advancing innovative solutions for the treatment of vascular disease, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Silpe, M.D., as its Chief Medical Officer (CMO). Dr. Silpe joins WaveClear as the company continues to develop the RESOLUTION Cavitation System, a 6 French catheter-based thrombectomy platform, engineered to disrupt and remove thrombi with no associated blood loss, delivering maximum procedural efficiency across the full range of peripheral vascular disease presentations. The Company is focused on delivering differentiated solutions that improve outcomes for patients living with peripheral vascular disease. The appointment was announced by Mark Goldin, Chief Executive Officer of WaveClear Vascular, who highlighted Dr. Silpe’s extensive clinical expertise and leadership experience in the treatment of peripheral arterial disease and complex vascular interventions.

Dr. Silpe is a nationally recognized vascular specialist and currently serves as Director of the Limb Salvage Program at Northwell Health, where he leads multidisciplinary efforts focused on preserving limbs and improving outcomes for patients with advanced peripheral arterial disease and critical limb-threatening ischemia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been actively involved in clinical research, physician education, and the advancement of innovative endovascular therapies designed to address complex vascular disease.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Silpe will provide strategic clinical leadership for WaveClear’s research and development initiatives, clinical programs, physician engagement efforts, and regulatory strategy. He will work closely with the company’s executive leadership team to support the continued growth and adoption of WaveClear’s technologies.
