Position Title:	Senior Electrical Engineering Technician
Reports To:	Director of Engineering
Location:	Minneapolis, on-site
Position Responsibilities:	Work with limited supervision on a variety of assignments from design groups. Work independently to solve problems of varying technical levels. Develop Electro-Mechanical test fixtures and methods. Build and test prototypes and accurately document results. Knowledge of GMP and Design Controls along with other regulatory requirements. Test new designs and assist in debug and verification. Work with external vendors to develop advanced testing solutions. Support CAD design efforts as needed. Assemble cable harness, subassemblies and complete systems per assembly procedures and drawings. Perform rework/repairs on PCB assemblies and subassemblies as required. Perform in-process testing of assemblies to ensure functionality and proper performance. Perform in-process cleaning and packaging of assemblies as required.
Minimum Requirements:	High School diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 5+ years of experience. or Equivalent combination of experience and education with technical degree. Experience with medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications:	Experience with electrical CAD software. Demonstrated experience building testing fixtures and load boxes. Demonstrated experience with technical problem solving. Ability to create work instructions and procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
Benefits and Compensation	The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $100,000 annually
